Both seamless and welded nickel 200 tubes are made of high-purity nickel (Ni≥99.0%). Seamless tubes have an outer diameter of 1.0-426mm, a wall thickness of 0.1-40mm, no weld seams, and uniform pressure resistance. Welded tubes have an outer diameter of 6.0-300mm, a wall thickness of 0.5-20mm, and are less expensive. Both have excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for chemical, petroleum, and power industries, conforming to standards such as ASTM B161 and GB/T 37792.
12.22Nickel 200 plates, foils, and sheets are high-purity nickel materials (Ni≥99.0%), with a thickness range of 0.02-50mm. They possess excellent corrosion resistance and are particularly suitable for alkaline environments. Compliant with ASTM B162 standards, they are available in a full range of specifications and are widely used in chemical, electronics, aerospace, and other fields. Custom processing is available, making them a reliable material choice for harsh operating conditions.
12.22Nickel 200 bars are high-purity (Ni≥99.0%) commercially pure nickel materials with excellent corrosion resistance (especially in alkaline and reducing media), good mechanical properties, and machinability. They are widely used in chemical, aerospace, electronics, and marine engineering fields, conforming to standards such as ASTM B160, and are available in a full range of specifications, making them a reliable choice for harsh industrial environments.
