The nominal composition of titanium alloy is Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si. It is an α-β type titanium alloy heat-resistant titanium alloy. The alloy also has good hot-processing properties (including conventional processing properties and superplasticity) and can be welded and machined in a variety of ways. Beta heat treatment and isothermal forging of this alloy have been rapidly developed.

Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si Titanium This alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of compressor disks, blades, drums and other parts of aero-engines, and can also be used in the manufacture of aircraft structural parts. Through thermal deformation and heat treatment in the α-β region, the maximum long-term working temperature of the alloy is 500°C. Semi-finished products produced include bars, forgings and die forgings.
